Client & Visitor Policies

To ensure everyone's health, safety, and timely treatment, we kindly ask that you abide by the following procedures when you come to visit us:

If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete initial paperwork. Also, come prepared with medical history, including any diagnostics that have been completed by other practitioners in the last 12 months. The more you have ready in advance, the more time we can spend on giving you the information you need. Click here for a list of all the sorts of details we would like to have available when we begin planning your treatment regimen.

If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled treatment session, we kindly request that you give at least 24 hours' notice so that we may reschedule you, and possibly open up your appointment for another client. If you give us less than 24 hours' notice, we may assess a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of your expected treatment cost. If you do not show up at your scheduled time and you do not give us any notice at all, you will be charged your full expected treatment cost. Late arrivals will be allowed given notice, but you may not receive full treatment. We reserve the right to reschedule you if we feel your late arrival will not give us time to render adequate treament.

Walk-in clients are welcome subject to availability. We highly recommend scheduling appointments to ensure you can get the treatment you want when you want it.

Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne of any sort while in our clinic. Many of our clients have chemical sensitivities, even to "natural" fragrances like essential oils; please be respectful of your fellows.

Services may be purchased in "packages" spanning several sessions, or "a la carte" one session at a time. When booking future visits, you may not book more than one future visit unless you have purchased a "package" of treatments.

We look forward to working in conjunction with your regular physicians and specialists! Please let us know of any prescription or over-the-counter treatments you may currently be using, and please let your doctor know about anything we recommend for you.

Check with your insurance provider to see if our services are covered. We are not able to file insurance claims at this time, but we will gladly provide you a receipt for filing purposes. We have found that many flexible-spending accounts *do* cover some of our treatments; again, check with your plan provider.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will assess a $35 fee on any returned checks. This is in addition to any fees imposed by your financial institution.

Pre-paid services, such as those bought as part of a "package", are not redeemable or refundable for cash. However, if needed, the cash value of the balance can be applied to other treatments, including spa luxury treatments, at no extra charge to you.
